Wat heeft chef-kok Alessandro Breda er toch toe aangezet om zich te vestigen in het kleine « Saint-Tropez » van de Belgische kust ? Zou het te maken hebben met het alom bekende citaat van Julius Caesar? -ik denk het niet- Of is hij eenvoudigweg gekomen om zijn steentje bij te dragen aan de zeer complexe Italiaanse keuken in België?. – dat hoop ik toch!
